Sigh..
I dont know how to calculate utilities.
lets just say, bedroom, $400/- not including furnitures. You can
bring your own wardrobe and mattress bed.
Utilities means paying for the electricity & conservancy
charges yourself when I am not in town. If i am in, then we spilt
the bill? Especially if its hot nights and we need aircon?
my place gets very windy from Aug to Jan. The wind practically
rattles at the windows wan. You can tahan? Plus some carzy people
around, peeping toms and only one small bathroom/toliet to
share.
Oh...and not much furniture. I threw out a lot of stuffs and gave
away a lot of barang barang.
aiyah....why not you buy a place too?
Got a fren got a 4 room flat at Punggol 21, fully renovated, never
stayed in. So they are looking for people to buy. Though not in
financial difficulties, so not hurry to sell.
